As my family gathers, for our traditional Christmas Eve celebration and baked bacalhau {cod fish} we await for old Saint Nick to arrive on midnight, and I usually anticipate reading my favorite holiday story before heading to bed, Twas’ the Night Before Christmas by Major Henry Livingston Jr. And in the words of Santa himself…
