I’ve been so inspired by bridal attire and Spring 2014 collections, that I’ve been sharing some amazing designers, with beautiful gowns that are simply perfect for both the minimalist and glamorous bride. I wish I could showcase all the wonderful and remarkable designers that have emerged to grace blushing brides, but that would be endless posts. So here as just a few more gowns, that I couldn’t help but swoon over. {Read here for features on JCrew, Lazaro and JLM Couture, Monique Lluillier, Lela Rose}

The Rivini Rita Vinieris Spring 2014 is all about the feeling of being in paradise. Her beautiful gowns are soft and graceful, yet beautifully detailed, and really do remind you of the beauty beaches evoke. Her collections are the essence of simple luxury, blushing silhouettes, and uncompromising details that are simply chic. I just adore the Spring 2013 collection, for its perfect blends of classic and modern designs, loose tulles, organzas, soft flesh hues, and delicate crystals.

BRIDAL FASHION WEEK SPRING 2014

The Bahia blends chiffon with delicate hand embroidering of pearls and crystals.  I can’t stop thinking about this timeless gown {shown at top of post}, I mean the French Chantilly Lace and coral mist underlay, and have you seen that amazing open back and tulle train.

The Martinique is another one of my favorites this season, for its flirtatious fashion forward hi-low bottom, and delicate sheer lace overlay.

My eye is instantly drawn to beautiful embroidered backs, although not one for all the glitz the Avina is a classic stunner. BRIDAL FASHION WEEK SPRING 2014

As much as I love lace, I always fancy a simple gown with dramatic touches, like an asymmetrically draped skirt.

The Waters Spring 2014 is for the sophisticated lace loving vintage bride. Yet voluminous silhouettes and embroidered corsets appeal to every bride’s dream.

Sheer overlays with delicate beading add an etherealness to any gown, especially when paired with flowing chiffon.

Tiers of tulle and scalloped lace adds a dreamy effect to a classic lace gown.

Blush tones are not only whimsical, but romantic and elegant all the same. A soft ethereal grace with tulle skirt and corset, this gown is “oh so dreamy.”

Separates have become more popular as wedding attire, and with endless tiers of billowing soft pink tulle, I could definitely see many brides making a statement with this skirt, maybe even the button down too.

Amsale designs are the epitome of understated elegance. She perfectly blends exquisite simplicity with luxurious textures, and delicate details that transform any bride into a timeless beauty.

Skylar-Bk

The Skylar reinvents traditional lace, with this corded lace texture, and organza flower back.

Hunter-frt

For the effortless bride, how perfect is this Grecian inspired tulle jewel neck silk gown. Whitney-Frt

The Whitney has that unique tulle hand beaded jewel halter, yet with a full skirt.

G851C-Bellini
It doesn’t matter to me that this chiffon lovely is a bridesmaids dress, because it is just as beautiful and graceful.
 G850C-Mint
Soft hues, are a graceful way to stand out, when showcased in soft chiffon, it’s perfect for a simple winter affair.

An all-over lace gown is just so beautiful to me, vintage, graceful, elegant and glamorous.

Reem Acra is a well-known name within the fashion industry, especially with the Spring 2014 collection. With luxurious fabrics, that are classic yet modern, this collection full of grand skirts, laser cut lace, sheer embellishments, and vintage silhouettes, that evoke an ethereal quality that are meant for the minimalist or glamorous bride. {See Haute Couture collection and couture accessories}

I’ve never been one to connect with the color pu I’ve never been one to connect with the color purple much, & yes I believe everyone connects to colors in certain ways. And yet, Clematis are some of my favorite flowers🌿

For a brief few Spring days each year, the garden is a vision of purples....deep rich violets that almost look black, their sheen like velvet, delicate lavenders & pretty mauves that flutter in the breeze. Nature is a true delight for the soul🤍

They’re calling for a too hot, too soon kind of weekend, but we’ll be surrounded w. love celebrating a special wedding at a lovely location! Hope this weekend brings you moments of rest & joy, that allow you to look at all that is blooming🌱…
tiny joyous things🌿 ... I try not to lose sight tiny joyous things🌿 ... I try not to lose sight of the fact I get to create & "work" w. beautiful flowers; one of the things I love so much & one of the joyful parts of creating & sharing my work w. others. But this whole social media thing is weird right, the world is weird & broken right now -- as creatives seems like are new age question is "do I post this pretty picture when this is really happening right now?! but it's also kind of my job to put my work out there for others to see, right?!" ... but I’m learning, funny enough, by some inspiring women on this platform, it's ok to feel all these things while also sharing the joyous, cool & helpful things we are all working on, creating & hoping to bring into this world. Life is filled w. beautiful & sad moments, happiness, joy, grief, fear, doubt, love. All the tiny things🤍

& if anyone watched last night's This is Us, how beautiful was their telling of one's final moments, looking back at life. Ugh my heart😢
There’s one word to describe the first full even There’s one word to describe the first full event of the season…ethereal🤍

Event season is in full swing & it’s nice to finally step aside from planning to bring all the ideas, time & details to life!
“We are like {blossoms}; holding on, letting go, “We are like {blossoms}; holding on, letting go, rising & falling into our weathered souls…” - Angie Weiland-Crosby🌼

May is the start of a busy few months of events, so I’m going to make sure I prioritize Rest whenever I can. But also plenty of garden days, living & cherishing simple moments — because when the busy days will feel like a blur or the state of the world (big/small) only adds to the mental drain, I know these will be the things that keep me going🤍
