Blushing Champagne

A Sweet Valentine’s day calls for a romantic drink of sparkling champagne. The blushing rose hue was just the right touch atop sheer pink tulle on my tabletop. Champagne is an aphrodisiac on its own, but by adding a splash of pomegranate seeds and juice, adds just the right sweet touch to this Blushing Champagne cocktail perfect for a toast to love.

Blushing Champagne 

Ingredients {Serves 8 to 10}

1 bottle {750 ml} – Sparkling Rose Champagne

1 cup – Organic Pomegranate Juice {try to use pure juice}

Pomegranate Seeds {for garnish}

Sugared Cranberries {for garnish, recipe here}

Recipe

Place sugared cranberries at the bottom of each glass. Evenly disperse Champagne between glasses, then top off with about a shot of pomegranate juice, and sprinkle in pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.
