Hi Paolo! Unfortunately this was an inpso idea from Pinterest and I don’t believe the original source of the image indicated you created that seating chart. But a Stationery Designer/Calligraphy or a Wedding Designer/Stylist in your area should be able to connect you with people who might be able to custom make something like this, or even help you source the items to be made by them or even yourself.
