It was all about the vibrant soft hues from these late spring wildflower blooms, I brought home two weeks ago; somehow left behind from the previous wedding and blended into my couple’s decor. I couldn’t simple part with them or have them simply tossed, knowing they had been arranged with loves … but also with my own creative wishes of draping in beautiful Clematis, perhaps the last big lush blooms of the season. They would only last a few more days, Clematis really are some of my absolute favorite garden blooms, and I had not yet done a true styling with them this season — in fact with any Spring bloom really due to my work schedule. I nestled the two floral arrangements made in the daintiest of glass, on the floor of the front seat. These beautiful flowers made it the long night drive home and then almost another week arranged as I had imagined, all lush and romantic wildflower-like with cascading clematis where the, perhaps a tad too small sweet blue vintage glass coupe, could fit it …
