Looking back at past Thanksgiving tablescapes…..not ornate stylings, or structured centerpieces, but intentional simple groupings of lovely little things. Created with flowers from the garden, dried stems or vases and candle holders leftover from seasonal styled shoots that simply remained displayed. Each design different; some pretty and colorful, while others moodier or minimalist. But each tablescape is EFFORTLESS. These Thanksgiving tables are approachable enough for all to become inspired by, using things you already have at home to create a beautiful table to gather around the holiday.

A hearty Cheeseboard featuring a mix of soft and hard cheeses {I always love including manchego and goat cheese}, along with lightly toasted baguette slices and a seed/herb cracker. Add in olives, dried fruits {seasonal is better}, nuts, honey or jam, and yes even some dark chocolate chunks.
I‘ve been making a Hasselback Butternut Squash for the last few years seasoned with fragrant Sage and Rosemary with brown butter, similar to this recipe, and it’s always a delight!
This Thanksgiving’s main dessert was a Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake with our Apple and Cranberry Pie.
