Creativity can often strike up in the least likely of places and times. For me, I almost always get a spark of creativity the day after styling an event or wedding. With a few sprigs of leftover flowers or distinct decor pieces waiting to be put away until their next reveal at a special occasion, that’s when ideas come to mind. It’s never overly complicated or detailed tablescapes but instead minimalist, easy and simple stylings anyone can put together. And yet, there almost always some of my favorites like this Modern Boho French Macaron Inspired Valentines Day table.
With delicate ranunculus and adorable white bunny rabbits still hopping from Adelaide’s 1st Birthday, I knew I just had to create something fun and whimsical together for Easter!
Some holidays can be quite literal and overly theme-y, Easter can sometimes fall in the later. To me the loveliest parties and celebrations are the ones that can evoke a certain feeling but in the most subtle of ways. For this minimalist tablescape, I gathered a few white terra-cotta pots, wooden eggs and mushrooms, and placed them alongside potted aloe vera plants, lace embroidery hoops and macrame table runners I already had out, giving off those whimsical boho vibes just perfect for Spring!
This Easter inspiration is all about the little details. The white ceramic bunnies are my favorite! I love that they are clean and simply lovely in stark white, lending themselves beautifully to any personal style for Easter.
When it comes to decorating for fun holidays, keep things easily accessible. All these adorable bunnies are from Oriental Trading, but with Easter a few short weeks away, you’ll easily find adorable bunnies in most stores.
A simplistic holiday table styling using what you already have, along with a few sprigs of the first Spring blooms is all you really need to create a beautiful Easter tablescape. Add in an array of delicious and yummy desserts like sugar cookies, mini tarts and cakes, and you have the perfect setup for Easter festivities!
